Topic: Cyber Threat Intel Sharing with KCI3

Description: The Kentucky Cyber Intelligence Information Initiative was formed last year with the goal of creating a community that shares near real time threat intel while protecting the anonymity of its members. We are going to talk about some of the successes we have already had and how we plan to improve KCI3 going forward.

Presentation by: Steven Moody - Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Steven Moody is originally from Charleston, SC and now lives in Louisville, KY. He moved to Kentucky from North Carolina in 2020 after serving in US Army Special Operations. After leaving active duty, he spent time as a contracted Open Source Intelligence Analyst for the Department of Defense. Steven joined Louisville Metro in 2025 as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst and helped form the Kentucky Cyber Intelligence Information Initiative.
