Explore the world of Reiki in a welcoming environment and receive your first taste of profound, relaxing energy work. No experience necessary. This sacred space invites deep release, energetic alignment, and soulful renewal. A blend of yin yoga and somatic movement prepare the body for meditation and energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing through which a universal energy transfers through the palms of the practitioner on or above the student in order to encourage emotional and physical healing. Led by Amber Ostblom, a Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® Practitioner, E-RYT-200 teacher, and Trauma-sensitive guide. This is a, "come as you are" space.
