Sound Bath

A monthly healing experience through sound

Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Journey, where you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, grounding drumming rhythms, the gentle tones of Koshi bells, rain drum, and other therapeutic instruments. This deeply healing experience is designed to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and invite inner peace.

Please bring anything you need to be completely comfortable — a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and fluffy socks are highly recommended. You’ll be lying down for the duration of the session, so cocoon yourself in comfort.

We have a strict policy around late arrivals. If you are late, you will not be permitted once the session has begun.

This is a tranquil, non-talking space — please ensure your phones are switched off.

Not suitable for:

• Individuals with sound-induced conditions (e.g tinnitus)
• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
• People with severe mental health conditions sensitive to sound/vibration (e.g. schizophrenia)
